Vitamin B6
This is a water soluble vitamin as is B12.
Vitamin B6 promotes the production of antibodies, nerve function, haemoglobin generation and helps to regulate blood sugars so will aid in fighting off diabetes.
Foods that B6 are rich in can be found in are avocados, bananas, beans, meats, nuts, poultry and whole grains. Many other foods also contain the B6 vitamin including fortified breads and most cereals.
