Vitamin A
This vitamin contributes to the health of your skin, bones, teeth, soft tissues and mucus membranes.
Vitamin A is also known as retinol which gives pigment to the retina and promotes good vision particularly in poor light.
Vitamin A can be found in a variety of foods such as eggs, meat, liver, kidney, fish oil, fortified milk, cheese and cream, yellow and orange fruits, carrots, pumpkins, sweet potatoes, broccoli, spinach and most dark green vegetables.
