Pantothenic Acid
Also known as vitamin B5, pantothenic acid helps the metabolism which is the breakdown and use of food in and by the body.
Pantothenic acid is water soluble so any pantothenic acid excess is eliminated from the body so a daily fresh supply for the body is needed which you tend to get without trying.
It is in foods such as sweet potatoes, mushrooms and cauliflower however vitamin B can be found in many other foods.
